Wedding Day of Timeline for That Chapel Downtown

We are so excited to have you and your partner at the Chapel for your wedding day! We are not your planners or day of coordinators but want you to feel as ready as you can leading up to your ceremony with us! See below for a few different wedding day timelines that we have seen work at That Chapel Downtown!

Couple Arrives Together before Guests

1:55pm-2:05pm Couple arrives to That Chapel Downtown, are greeted by their host/officiant and take photos together before their guests arrive
2:00pm-3:00pm Booking at That Chapel Downtown | Guests are 5 minutes out
2:05pm Couple gets back in vehicle and waits for guests to make their way into the Chapel
2:05pm Guests arrive and make their way into the Chapel, greeted and asked to find their seats
2:10pm Partner A walks in and down the aisle
2:11pm Partner B walks in and down the aisle
2:11pm-2:15pm Ceremony
2:15pm-2:18pm Couple walks back up the aisle, stops at the ledges for a cutesy kiss and then right out the front door with their photographer for some alone time photos!
2:18pm-3:00pm Photos with your friends & family
3:00pm Booking at That Chapel Downtown ends

Couple Arrives Separately before Guests

1:55pm-2:00pm Partner A arrives to That Chapel Downtown and meets their Photographer/Officiant
2:00pm-3:00pm Booking at That Chapel Downtown
2:00pm-2:05pm Guests arrive and are greeted and asked to find their seats
2:05pm Partner B arrives to the front of the Chapel and waits for their cue (from their host) to walk in and down the aisle
2:07pm-2:12pm Ceremony
2:12pm-2:15pm Couple walks back up the aisle, stops at the ledges for a cutesy kiss and then right out the front door with their photographer for some alone time photos!
2:15pm-until your time is up – Photos with your friends & family
2:55pm-3:00pm wrap up your photos
3:00pm Booking at That Chapel Downtown ends

2:00pm Couple arrives to the front of the Chapel and waits for their cue (from their host) to walk in and down the aisle
2:05pm Partner A walks in and down the aisle
2:06pm Partner B walks in and down the aisle
2:07pm-2:12pm Ceremony
2:12pm-2:15pm Couple walks back up the aisle, stops at the ledges for a cutesy kiss and then right out the front door with their photographer for some alone time photos!
2:15pm-2:45pm Photos with your friends & family
2:45pm-3:00pm Guests head out of the Chapel to let the couple get some Just Married photos around the chapel
3:00pm Booking at That Chapel Downtown ends

There are several more variations but these are the ones we have seen work seamlessly!

FAQs

Can we have a wedding party?

Yes! We recommend that they still sit in the front two rows but by all means – it’s your wedding! DO WHAT YOU WANT! If you want specific music for your wedding party, we recommend you control your own music. You only get 2 ceremony song choices with any of our packages.

Can we bring our own decor?

A BIG ASS…. YES!! We want you to! Just please be out within your time slot.

Can we add more time in the chapel?

Yes! Once you have reserved your date & time by making your deposit, please email admin@thatchapeldowntown.com requesting additional time. If we do not have a booking after yours, we will update your invoice with the additional time.

Can we bring a cake?

Yes! Please arrive with your cake and hand off to your host. They will place on the faux marble high boy we provide with your booking. We do provide you with a gold cake knife but feel free to bring your own. We do not provide: Napkins, Plates or to go boxes.
