Your wedding day timeline at That Chapel Downtown depends on how you and your guests arrive. Below are three sample schedules for a 2:00–3:00 p.m. chapel booking. Use them as a starting point, then confirm your own plan with your officiant and photographer. We aren’t your wedding planners or day-of coordinators, but we want you to feel ready.

1:55–2:05 p.m. Arrive, meet your host or officiant and take couple photos before guests enter.
2:00–3:00 p.m. Your chapel booking.
2:05 p.m. Wait in your vehicle while guests enter and find their seats.
2:10 p.m. Partner A walks down the aisle.
2:11 p.m. Partner B walks down the aisle.
2:11–2:15 p.m. Ceremony.
2:15–2:18 p.m. Walk back up the aisle, stop at the ledges for a kiss and head outside with your photographer.
2:18–3:00 p.m. Photos with friends and family.
3:00 p.m. Your booking ends.

Wedding day timeline questions

Can we have a wedding party?

Yes! We recommend seating your wedding party in the front two rows. If you want separate music for their entrance, arrange your own playback. Our packages include two ceremony song choices.

Can we bring our own decor?

Absolutely—we want the celebration to feel like you. However, your setup and removal must fit within your time slot. Leave the chapel by the end of your booking.

Can we add more time in the chapel?

After reserving your date and time with your deposit, email admin@thatchapeldowntown.com to request extra time. If there isn’t a booking after yours, we can update your invoice. Don’t assume an extension until we’ve confirmed it.

Can we bring a cake?

Yes. Arrive with your cake and hand it to your host. We provide a faux-marble highboy and gold cake knife, or you can bring your own knife. Bring any napkins, plates and takeaway boxes you need; we don’t provide those items.
