1. Book Your Package by making a 50% non refundable deposit through the website. Immediately after payment, You will receive:
- a confirmation email from that chapel downtown. This will include a link to our preferred list too!
- Your Contract with that chapel downtown to review & Sign
- A calendar to schedule your Consultation with a Planner
2. After booking, you receive questionnaires to select your Officiant, Photographer and to confirm your Floral Vibe. Please answer these before your Consultation.
3. During your Consultation, your questions get answered. if you have images or specific questions about what you can and can't do in the Chapel or want to further customize your time in the chapel - this is where we figure it all out
4. After your Consultation, your invoice is updated (if applicable) & Your payment schedule is reset. Make any new payments & follow your new payment schedule.
5. If you have added outside vendors or services through the chapel, you are connected to each of your vendors as soon as your Payment has been made and any further communication and/or questions from you, goes directly to them! SUPER EASY!
6. 90 days before your elopement we reach out to see if you plan on bringing any outside vendors in and to get connected to your planner or day of coordinator (if applicable)
7. 60 Days before your Elopement, you receive a reminder for your final payment.
8. 30 Days before your Elopement, you will receive your FINAL COUNTDOWN email - providing some details about how to get your marriage license and what to expect when you arrive to the chapel.
9. The day before your Elopement, you will receive a friendly reminder to NOT FORGET YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE!
10. On the day of your elopement, show up and we will take it from there!
