Chapel Packages
1). Reserve your date, time by entering the requested information. You are not required to pay your deposit until Step 4.
2). Receive "Almost There" email to review your package, select any add ons and to make your deposit.
3). Review your proposal and make any applicable selections, then ACCEPT your quote. After acceptance, you will be able to view your contract and your invoice.
5). Make sure to review your contract and sign it (or 17hats sends annoying reminder emails). Then pay the 50%, non refundable deposit. Your remaining balance is due 2 months before your rental date
6). You are officially booked once your deposit has been made you will receive a confirmation email with a link to schedule your complimentary call with a planner. This call is required if you would like to customize ANY part of your package. Please allow 10-15 minutes after booking to receive Welcome Email!

After Booking
1). You have the option to schedule a complimentary call with a planner to further customize the details of your package. If you have questions about the process, email them. If you have specific changes like: color selection, requests for a specific photographer, officiant, rentals, etc... schedule the call.
2). If you booked the consultation, you will receive a questionnaire that needs to be completed before your Consultation.
3). If you did not book a consultation, your package is all set and any vendors included will be booked at the chapels discretion from our listed vendors on the preferred list provided to you in your welcome email.
4). As your vendor/s are booked, you will receive Intro Emails directly connecting you to them, Once you receive that email, all communication will go through that vendor. If you choose to add any services on after the transfer, that will also be handled between you and that vendor.

Chapel Packages
1). Arrive to That Chapel Downtown 5 minutes before your booking time.
2). Chat with your Officiant and get the official stuff done (signing of your marriage license) and review your ceremony one last time (if wanted).
3). If you have guests, arriving - this is the time! You and your partner can sneak out the back and walk to the front with your photographer if you'd like to stay hidden for your entrance!
4). Ceremony Time!
5). After your vows and kiss, walk straight out the Chapel and get some intimate photos with your photographer before coming back inside to get photos at your altar with family and friends (if applicable).
6). Enjoy the rest of your time in the Chapel and please make your exit at your listed end time. You have 5 minutes after your official end time to flow out organically and on to your second location!

3). If you are not adding any of the WORKS to your package, you can simply accept the proposal as is, sign the contract and pay the 50%, non refundable deposit. Your remaining balance is due 2 months before your rental date.
4). If you are selecting an ADD ON, make your selection/s and then accept your updated proposal. You will be able to view your contract and your invoice immediately after acceptance.

2). If you need help with any of the in house rentals or equipment, please feel free to ask the event producer onsite the duration of your booking.
After rental
1). Be packed up and out the door 15 minutes after your official end time! Please leave the space as you found it. We do not have a security deposit policy yet, but will add it for everyone if we have to.

Any customizations are decided during your complimentary call. You can make that after booking. You can absolutely customize your floral choices, colors and decor in the chapel!

Yes! You can bring anyone you'd like. They will have to provide Proof of Insurance no later than 30 days before your ceremony. Bringing your own officiant does not change the package price.

Yes, if you have a specific photographer or officiant you would prefer - we will absolutely do our best to accommodate. We will let you know if that vendor is available on your date and time and if not, offer comparable suggestions that fit your request.
