You have the option to schedule a complimentary call with a planner to further customize the details of your package. If you have questions about the process, email them. If you have specific changes like: color selection, requests for a specific photographer, officiant, rentals, etc... schedule the call. 

You will receive an Onboarding Questionnaire that allows you to request specific photographers, identify your photography style and a few other things to further customize your experience. 

If need any other vendors to bring your ceremony to life, please take a look at the Preferred List emailed to you in your welcome email after booking. Other than your complimentary call, we do not offer planning services. The vendors on the list are ready and waiting to help you with everything you need! 

Once the vendors in your all-inclusive package are booked, you will receive an email connecting you with each one! From there, any communication or questions can be directed to that vendor. If you add any other services on with the vendor, those changes go directly through them. Basically, we will see you on your wedding day! 

After Booking

Night Before

The night before your ceremony, we send you another reminder to NOT FORGET YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE! 

Day Of 

Arrive 5 minutes before your booking. Please stay clear of the entrance and window if there is another wedding taking place - you wouldn't want RANDOS in the back of your photos either! 

Your officiant and event producer will guide you and your guests through your ceremony upon arrival. 

After your ceremony - pictures with family and friends at the altar and depending on your package: a cake cutting and first dance! 

Enjoy your time! Your event producer will let you know when you have 10 minutes left! Don't rush, you have 5 minutes after the end of your booking to actually leave! 

Two months before your wedding, you will receive an email explaining how to get your marriage license with links to the registration and a blog to really explain the process. You will also make your final payment. 

One month before your wedding you will receive a Customization Questionnaire. This asks for you to select your song choices (if applicable) and your lighting colors. 

If you purchased The Barenaked Lady Package,  you will receive your welcome email with our preferred list and an invitation to schedule a complimentary call with a planner.  


Arrive 30 minutes before your start time to unload (and feel free to email admin@thatchapeldowntown.com if you need more setup, we will work it out)! 

If you need help with any of the in house rentals, please feel free to ask the event producer onsite the duration of your booking. 

DaY OF 

After Booking

The NIGHT BEFORE 

You will receive a "Night Before" email providing wifi information, directions to use the lighting and sound system. 

AFTER RENTAL 

Be packed up and out the door 30 minutes after your official end time! Please leave the space as you found it and you will receive your security deposit back via zelle, venmo or cash app 24hrs after your booking.

We will be draping the chapel for the first hour of your booking. Feel free to come during the second hour of your booking! Your Ceremony will start 1 hour and 30 minutes after your package start time. Package Time 4:00pm-8:00pm - 5:30pm Ceremony Start Time
